Reviews and Ratings
The hotel location was good, with convenient parking nearby and nice breakfast. The room felt more like a standard one, somewhat dusty and dated, with flat pillows and a dirty dressing gown. The hot room with a small window made me a bit claustrophobic, especially with an early false alarm wake-up call from the fire alarm.
The hotel's rooms weren't quite like the website described, smaller than the pictures showed, and situated outside pigeon nests, which didn't feel hygienic. However, the service in all parts of the hotel was exceptional and the location was ideal for my visit, close to the castle and city center.
The hotel rooms were up to standard. I appreciated the gesture from reception when they moved us to a more suitable room and even upgraded us for the inconvenience. The rooms were slightly bigger than average, although the noise cancellation was lacking. The hotel's location is convenient to the town center.
The hotel had clean and bright rooms, a good location near the city center, friendly and attentive staff, and well-presented breakfast. However, some noise from the street was noticeable, and parking had an extra cost. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and convenient amenities.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room I stayed in was excellent, even though it was a bit warm and noisy due to its location close to the lifts. The parking fee was quite high, which was a downside for me.
The hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although small and noisy due to the proximity to the lift, had a modern design. However, the heat made it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. The service was friendly overall but too eager with clearing tables. The location was good, near the city center but with issues regarding Wi-Fi. The dining varies from disappointing and expensive to great buffet style with plenty of choices. The facilities offered were satisfactory.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to Nottingham Castle and the city center. The rooms were spacious, clean, and truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the dining experience was a bit of a letdown due to short staffing issues. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit smelly with lots of noise from outside during the night, definitely in need of some refreshing. However, the staff were helpful in changing our room to a lighter one despite being small. The location was good for a short walk into the shopping center, with some noise disturbances. The dining experience was somewhat tired and gunji, but there were good restaurant options nearby.
The hotel had a mix of pros and cons. The rooms had a contemporary design but were a bit scruffy, and the en-suite bath water temperature was inconsistent. Despite lacking air conditioning, a fan was provided. The bar had a limited choice of drinks and the rooms were on the smaller side.
The hotel had a few drawbacks, such as a bit of a smelly room that smelled of cigarette smoke and lacked proper ventilation, along with a dated bathroom that leaked water onto the floor. However, the service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to assist, and the location was fantastic for accessing key attractions in the area. The dining experience was a mix of average and excellent offerings, and the facilities were satisfactory.
